I’ve had an amazing experience at this orthodontic office. From the moment I started my braces journey, the staff has always been friendly, professional, and truly awesome. The doctor is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a single complaint. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results! Today is the day I finally get my braces off. Happy but a sad moment. I’m going to miss the staff! Everyone been AMAZING!!!

I’ve taken two of my children to NE orthodontics, we’ve had multiple visits thus far and treatment is going well. Every time we are greeted with kindness and professionalism. The schedule is always accommodating and we’ve never had to wait long at any of our appointments. Both Dr. Reynolds and his staff take time to explain and answer any questions we have without feeling rushed. The office is very clean, bright and welcoming. I would recommend them over and over again.

Absolutely love and recommend this team of professionals! Dr. Reynolds is brilliant and engaging, always making you feel knowledgeable about your options and progress. His staff is excellent and attentive, and the place runs like a Swiss watch. They also go overboard to accommodate your needs and are great communicators throughout your procedure.

I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Reynolds and had the best experience! The team is incredible and the positive atmosphere made every visit enjoyable. After two terrible experiences at other orthodontic offices, I almost gave up on my dream of having straight teeth. Thankfully, I found Dr. Reynolds. Although I still had a way to go, working with his office completely changed my perspective; I used to dread orthodontist visits, but now I look forward to seeing him and his team. Getting braces as an adult can be super daunting and scary, but Northeast Orthodontics has made it so seamless for me. I love coming in and getting my adjustments, and being surrounded by such amazing people. We have been going to this office for the past 2 years for them to monitor my daughter’s progress and readiness for braces. Every single visit and phone call, every single one of the employees here has gone above and beyond. Everyone is kind, pleasant and extremely helpful. So glad we chose Northeast Orthodontics. The whole staff is amazing from the receptionist to Dr. Reynolds and everyone in between. We had a couple consultations while we waiting for all my son’s baby teeth to fall out. Each time we fully understood where we were at and when to expect braces to go on. Today was the big day my son was excited but a little nervous, Dr. Reynolds made him feel very comfortable and calmed his little nerves. Heather our coordinator was great and explained everything very thoroughly and clearly. I knew exactly what we were looking at price wise and how we would handle it all. Now on to the big part… Lacee and Dr. Reynolds were a very well oiled machine and it was amazing to watch. While slightly uncomfortable, as expected, Lacee explained what was going on the whole way through. Could not have asked for a better experience. The next 2 years seem like they will be a breeze!!

Great team, great people, and excellent service! They went above and beyond to make sure everything we asked for was taken care of. Excellent treatment, extremely personable & friendly staff. Dr. Reynolds is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. I would recommend anyone looking for orthodontic treatment to come here. This is my second time having braces and a far better experience than the first place I went to.
