About Orthodontics
Considering Orthodontics?
If you are considering undergoing orthodontic treatment, you’ve come to the right place. At Northeast Orthodontics, we improve the smiles of adults and children living in St. Pete, Seminole and surrounding areas. We have two office locations, one in Saint Petersburg, FL and one in Seminole, FL.
Dr. Reynolds and our staff are committed to providing our patients with excellent treatment, while offering a comfortable and fun environment. We want to be the team that gives you the smile you deserve. We offer complimentary consultations and will work with you to create an affordable payment plan to meet your orthodontic needs.
How does it work?
By placing constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, orthodontic appliances slowly move teeth to a corrected position. We offer many solutions to your orthodontic needs tailored to your concerns and conditions, including both traditional and custom 3D printed braces, Invisalign clear aligners, as well as additional adjunctive appliances . When you come in for your complimentary consultation, you will meet directly with Dr. Reynolds and he will explain why your teeth are in their position they currently are, and how he can improve your smile and bite. Our treatment coordinator will create a payment plan that fits your budget. We guarantee the ability to start treatment the same day to accommodate the busiest of schedules. To get started, you must be cavity free, hygiene current, and up to date on all dental work.
Length of Treatment
Treatment time is based on each person’s unique goals, treatment plan, and biology. We’re all very unique, and similar conditions can resolve faster or slower in different individuals. Generally speaking, very simple cases with limited goals can be resolved in matters of weeks to months, and the most extensive and comprehensive cases can last for two years or more. At Northeast Orthodontics we outline a projected timeline for each case we diagnose so that you can plan your life events around what we expect your treatment timeline to be. Longer treatment time doesn’t have to mean more visits to the office however, we do offer a VirtualCare remote treatment platform that can accommodate our busiest patients. The Northeast Orthodontic team is ready to help you along your journey to a beautiful smile. Call us today to schedule your complementary consultation.
Orthodontics for Children
The American Association of Orthodontists and American Dental Association recommends an orthodontic examination beginning at age 7. Examinations to monitor tooth eruption, growth and development are critical to timing comprehensive orthodontics, or even early interventional therapy. At Northeast Orthodontics, all of your evaluation appointments are complimentary until your child is ready to begin treatment. We offer this because it is important timing is on our side when beginning orthodontic treatment due to how quickly children grow.
Orthodontics for Adults
Orthodontic treatment can be successful for people of all ages. There are options for adults to choose from such a low profile and virtually invisible Invisalign clear aligners, custom 3D printed tooth colored braces, and of course traditional metal braces. Adult bones are no longer growing, so there can be limitations to movement and correction in some cases, but improvement in your smile and confidence happens in every case!
We take your oral health very seriously and work hand in hand with your dentist, and other needed dental specialists to tailor a treatment plan that works for you.
